At Athesis, “made-to-measure” is a daily practice: we listen to the request, select the most suitable supplier, and organize the shipment so that timelines and costs are clear from the very beginning.
Flexible packaging and clear documentation
Not all international suppliers offer the possibility of adapting the packaging, but for us it is a standard: we can supply packages of one kilogram or the exact quantity requested, avoiding waste and simplifying product management once it arrives.
The documentation is as required by the regulations, but if the client needs additional information, we coordinate with the supplier to obtain it quickly.
Frequent Imports and Specific Supplier Management
We carry out 2–3 imports per month, which allows us to insert custom orders into already planned shipments, reducing delivery times without increasing costs.
For many products, we work with multiple suppliers and select the most suitable one on each occasion based on concrete data regarding quality, delivery times, and price. This approach allows us to guarantee consistent supply and the flexibility to find alternatives in cases of urgency or market fluctuations.
Consistent Delivery Times, Fast Options When Needed
Standard delivery times are consistent, around 30–40 days. If the client requests faster delivery, we can activate faster shipping options or production priority, always informing them in advance about any additional costs.
This approach allows us to be transparent and let the client choose based on their needs and priorities.
