What are the lead times?
We import directly from China on specific request, with several imports active every month. This lets us guarantee stable lead times of around 30-35 days from order confirmation.
Can I request free samples?
Yes. We routinely send free samples to customers who need to test the product before finalising a formulation, sealed in double packaging.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 5 kg per product, so that transport can be included in the order. For high-value products we also handle 1 kg lots. Upwards there is no limit: we routinely supply orders of hundreds of kilos or more.
