What data we process

The site requires no registration and uses no profiling cookies. We only process:

• the data you enter in the contact form: name, company, business email, topic and message;
• the technical data of the connection (IP address, browser, pages requested), logged by the hosting provider for security and to run the service;
• the outcome of the form's anti-spam check, which does not identify the person.

Why we process it and on what basis

Form data is used to answer your request and to handle the pre-contractual and contractual steps that follow (Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation). Technical data is used to protect the site and keep it running, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for newsletters or automated marketing.

Who receives it

Data is handled by our team and by providers acting as processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting, content delivery network and the form's anti-spam check;
• Resend, Inc.: delivery of the form message to our mailbox;
• Hostinger International Ltd.: company mailbox.
• Cloudflare and Resend may process data in the United States: transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the Regulation (standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

For how long

Form messages stay in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and the business relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact if no supply follows. Technical data follows the hosting provider's retention, normally a few days.

Cookies

The site only uses strictly necessary technical cookies, set by the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check while the form is submitted. No profiling cookies, no traffic analytics.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 of the Regulation). Just write to info@athesis-herbs.com. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
