Digital transformation
The service is the same since 1998. The tools are not.
In recent years we have reorganised our internal processes with management software built in-house: order management, shipment tracking with batch IDs and documentation generated from order data. Since 2024 the 3PL warehouse in Rome integrates customs clearance and delivery in Italy and across Europe.
It is a path of continuous improvement, in line with European regulations: we review tools, suppliers and checks year after year. Next step, a customer area.
