The most requested references arrive in 1-2 days from the Rome warehouse. For the others we plan production with the supplier and import to specification: no extra cost, 30-35 days from confirmation. Continuous imports from several suppliers keep lead times stable.
From China to Italy, a traced chain.
We coordinate sourcing, export, EU import, storage and delivery. Every step carries the batch ID and documents are generated from order data; the 3PL warehouse in Rome updates stock and movements through its API.
If anything slips, we update the delivery date at once and we are the ones who tell you.

Food supplements are regulated as food. We only work with suppliers certified for export to the European Union and we check the documentation before purchasing.
